Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Dear respected QRAM members,
We hope that you have received the Notice of the 13th AGM sent on 12th Feb 2022. As per the constitutional requirements, QRAM’s Management Committee for 2020 -2022 term will be dissolved. Therefore, members are highly encouraged to provide nominations for the new committee. These nominations (if eligible) will be up for voting on the day of the AGM on Saturday 12 March 2022, 10.30 am.
Please find attached the Annual Report 2021 (in your email) for your perusal.

1. Presidential Address.
2. To adopt the minutes of the 12th Annual General Meeting held on the 27th March 2021.
3. Matters Arising.
4. To receive and consider the Annual Report of QRAM for 2021.
5. To receive and consider the Annual Financial Statements of QRAM for 2021 and the Auditor’s Report 2021.
6. To receive and consider the Approved Amendments to the Constitution
7. To consider any other matters of which notice in writing has been given to QRAM Secretary 1 by a member at least 14 days before the meeting.
8. The election of new exco members.
QRAM AGM is open to only QRAM members.
In order for the AGM to run smoothly, we require all pre-registration, nominations to be sent to us by Thursday, 10th March 2022, at 5.00 pm, and any proposals to be submitted 7 days before the AGM.
